Coming up at The Lowry in our next season we have loads of activities for children and families to get involved with.
Every Saturday we have a free drop-in art activity taking place in The Lookout, themed around our shows in the theatres and exhibitions in the galleries, this takes place in our dedicated family area.
This season we will also have our regular weekly activity of Under 5’s First Steps where your little one can explore their creativity. Why not try Under 5’s Doodle Tots where you and your children can enjoy painting, sticking and making your own works of art. Both of these activities take place in The Lowry Studio.
October half term also sees the return of Half Term Little Actors and Half Term Little Artists. Both of these activities will take place every day during half term between 11am-12.30pm. All of the activities mentioned are £1.75 per child for Salford residents and Saturday Playhouse is free to everyone!
This season we will also have a relaxed performance of Emily Brown and the Thing in the Quays Theatre. These performances are specifically designed to welcome into theatres people with an Autism Spectrum Condition, learning disability or sensory or communication disorder.
