This Friday and Saturday, The Lowry hosts Rising, an evening of works performed by a rising star in British South Asian Dance, Aakash Odedra.

Featuring solos choreographed by some of the giants of the international dance scene, the who’s who of contemporary choreography includes Russell Maliphant, Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Akram Khan and Odedra himself.
