‘As part of Salford Food and Drink Festival, Pier Eight restaurant, held an ‘Evening of Fine Dining’ for a select amount of customers.
The evening began up in our Andrew and Zoe Law Galleries, with Canapes and Prosecco, before moving back downstairs to begin the evening.
The evening was centered around five unique courses, but all equally as delicious. In between each course was a wine to match the food, whether that be a rich red for the duck main course, or a sweet dessert white for the baked alaska dessert – they definitely went down a treat!
All in all, the evening was certainly a roaring success, and we look forward to the next one!
